Fail Safe

A typical project for a general contractor could produce a large loss on any given day. Generally, the general contractor is responsible for jobsite safety. They assume considerable liability for the safety of everyone who is on the jobsite. The general contractor is also liable for the construction of the project. The exposure to a construction defect suit goes until the State’s the statute of repose. The subcontractors who perform the work generate most all the exposure to the general contractor. It is important for the general contractor to transfer that risk back to the subcontractors.

We recognize that this can be a very complex task that requires specialized knowledge, experience, and ongoing attention to the changes with the subcontractors and their insurance. To assist with these concerns, our team has developed an offer called Fail Safe to help our builders properly transfer their risk.
